Shipping policy


We deliver to all UK mainland and UK surrounding Island addresses with UK postcodes. We also deliver to countries in Europe as shown at checkout. We do not offer click and collect and we do not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

We will ship your products in accordance with the delivery option you select on the checkout page: 

For the UK  - Royal Mail Signed for 1st or 2nd Class are the current options where a signature is required upon receipt to ensure safe delivery to you and delivery confirmation for us. 

For Europe - Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, or Parcelforce Worldwide depending on the weight of your order.

We do not currently offer next day delivery.

Packaging and handling charges also added to orders as shown on our checkout page.

We offer free delivery on orders that are £75 and over within the UK only. Our free delivery will be by the method we choose.

Once confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business working days, this does not include the weekend or bank holidays. 

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address for your order, as any amendments and/or errors cannot be rectified and/or compensation after your order has been shipped.

If delivery of your order is not possible and your order is returned to Lena Maye Ltd for reasons including; incorrect address, non-delivery or no one present to sign for or collect the order, an additional charge will be made to cover the additional delivery and administration costs. You must ensure that we can make delivery of your order, we have the right to charge additional delivery charges if delivery is refused.

Note for European (EU) Countries:

When ordering products directly from Lena Maye Ltd, you are considered to be the “importer of record”. As a customer you will need to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note customs policies vary from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office for further information and advice.  Lena Maye Ltd has no information, or control over customs charges, therefore would not be able to advise on what charges may be incurred.
